Overview

Cabbage Sports is a real-time basketball league management and statistics platform. Each league is its own independent entity, with unlimited seasons, teams, players, and games.

The system is designed for speed, accuracy, and simplicity for scorekeepers, coaches, and fans.

Getting Started

1. Create an account for a league. You'll get to searchfor leagues in your area
2. The Administrator for that league will Approve you or Disapprove your account
3. If approved you'll be assigned as Player or Guest. Guest can view everything.. They just don't play in games.
4. Once approved. You will have access to all seasons for that league
5. Select your league
6. View teams, Player, Player Stats, Rosters, Schedules, PlayByPlay Logs, and Live Games

Live Game Viewing

During games, live data is available instantly via PlayByPlay Log or if game is being streamed, watch it live:

Play-by-Play Log

Every action is recorded in a detailed play-by-play log:

• Shots, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks
• Fouls and substitutions
• Time-stamped game events

This allows full transparency and easy review of the game flow.

Instant Replay

The Instant Replay feature allows:

• Quick video capture of plays
• Review of disputed calls or important moments
• Linking replay moments to game events

This improves accuracy and confidence during stat entry and review.

Quick Player Identification

Photo-based player identification allows scorekeepers to:

• Identify players instantly on the court
• Reduce stat entry mistakes
• Work faster in live game situations

Access & Permissions

Regular users can:

• View live and completed games
• View player and team stats
• Review play-by-play and replays
